Reaching and maintaining established goals for revenues, ticket sale, expenses, refunds, and turnover at the cart.
Hitting monthly revenue goals and maintaining AKM established average ticket sale (ATS) at the cart.
Assuring that the cart is adequately staffed at all times by qualified Team Members who have been carefully screened, including IntegriView Questionnaire, and background and reference checks. Maintaining a low turnover rate at the cart and assuring that a good working environment is maintained.
Following and maintaining effective loss prevention procedures and policies.
Maintaining effective communications with Cart Team Members through regular meetings, phone calls, and monitoring team member results.

Ensuring that the kiosk is decorated to corporate standards. Making sure that the kiosk is clean, organized, and well stocked.
Maintaining effective communications and a good relationship with Mall Management and assuring that mall regulations are followed.

Managing office supplies and computers at the cart to assure that supplies are available and that the computer is used effectively and in compliance with AKM policies.
Ensuring that inventory is properly stored and secured at all times.

Supervising employees with sales work, inventory management, reconciling cash with sales receipts, daily operating records, etc.
Submitting required paperwork and documentation to HR in a timely manner.

The primary purpose of the Store Manager position is to provide leadership, management and supervision in all aspects of managing a Pier 1 store. This position requires the frequent and routine exercise of discretion and independent judgment.
We seek enthusiastic individuals who are motivated, responsible, and have the initiative to make the most of a career at Pier 1 Imports. Our Store Managers have the possibility to go on to become Regional Managers and more with Pier 1 Imports.
Requirements:

Overview:
The Acosta Sets and Project (ASAP) Retail Service Merchandiser is responsible for representing ACOSTA, our clients, and our customers through the proper implementation of plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections or special merchandising activity for a specific category and location. The optimal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner and has a strong attention to detail. They must possess excellent organizational skills, strong communications and the ability to build relationships with store personnel.
Responsibilities:
Read a schematic and reset a category
Check date codes, schematic integrity, replacing decals/re-order tags or ads and placing point of purchase material
Maintain merchandising excellence and build customer good will on reset projects
Report observations to Area Manager on out-dated product and unclaimed stock
Responsible for special reset projects and may transport on-site delivery of all materials, supplies and equipment
Receive and report work through a web based application Follow company policy and utilize safety techniques in execution of reset teamwork
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required
Must be able to work hours between 9:00pm - 6:00am, Sunday - Thursday
Prior food broker, retail and reset responsibility experience is preferred
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
Must have a valid driver's license and must be able to drive a car
Must be able to operate a computer and have access to high speed internet
Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, decision making and leadership skills
Must be able to effectively communicate with others
May be asked to work in cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores)
